About shipping and others

AstroRC’s international business has just started. We now offer the following channels to purchase our products:

In some areas where Taobao official shipping is available (such as Southeast Asia), it is recommended to use Taobao official shipping to purchase from our Taobao store.

1: For the US and EU, we use the tax-inclusive shipping method. This means that customers no longer need to bear unnecessary tariff risks. nomally 10-20 days shipping time .

Since FPV drones are currently considered sensitive items, we prefer to use this method for shipping.

It may be extended to30  days(Encountering random inspection of goods）.

 

Regarding delivery time: Drones are currently considered sensitive products, so they require special transportation channels. This will significantly slow down the process.

We do not accept disputes arising from delivery time issues. However, we will take responsibility if the package is clearly lost or not delivered to you.

The Shipping fee will be different in different regions

The tracking number is usually updated 1-2 days after we send out the order (shipped by freight forwarder)

 

For many regions, we cannot guarantee whether we can ship through specific channels. If we are unable to ship, we will inform you and issue a refund.

 

For installed products, to avoid them being intercepted by customs or prevented from leaving the country, we will disassemble the products before shipping.
